Carbon60 provides a secure multi-tenant private computing environment in each of our primary Canadian data centre locations. Each data centre has infrastructure that is fully managed by Carbon60, and all physical access is limited to authorized Carbon60 staff.
Virtual Machine Set-up
Our private cloud experts will set up all virtual machines per your required documented naming, IP scheme, resource levels, disk partitioning, and OS requirements.
OS Installation & Setup
Based on a custom-hardened template, Carbon60 will install your designated OS per virtual server. We also provide installation and ongoing support of your selected operating systems.
Public IP Management
Carbon60 will install any standard roles or features of your operating system as needed.
DNS & IP Management
Carbon60 will supply the public IP information as required.
Private Network Set-up
Carbon60 will set up all the appropriate LAN and firewalls.
Backup & Restore
Our dedicated cloud experts will perform daily incremental backups with a retention period of 14 to 31 days. Carbon60 can restore from a backup via a help desk request.
Monitoring
Carbon60 will perform basic up/down (ping) monitoring of the Host Server IP. Upon three failed pings within 15 minutes, a technician will investigate the issue to ensure it is not a platform-level issue, and if it is they will resolve it.

We will work with you to design and deploy fully secured, fully compliant private cloud solutions that meet your unique needs, including managed security patching services and managed endpoint protection.
